So, I haven't written in awhile because of a slump I was in.... but with Christ, friends, family and these blogs no slump can last for long.

Let me just say I LOVE these blogs! When you want to know how to dress or cook yeah they are an amazing reference but they are also funny.  The funny part is what makes me scroll down to read while the picture is loading.  I'll be reading their blogs on my phone while Nolan is going down for a nap and I'll have to watch myself for laughing too loud or else I'll wake the toddler.

I hope that you enjoy them as much as I do.

Colors of Fall

I love this season.  The colors, the smells, the meals, the scarves and boots....I could go on but I won't I'll just have to show you some of the wonders of this season.

This tree has five colors; yellow, red, green, orange, and purple!!!

Really wish you could see the whole outfit....really wish I could too. We don't have a full length mirror...yet.

Apples! I love apples, I grew up with three apple trees in my back yard.  Nothing beats apples in season!

Steve and N just playing in the leaves.  This will be the first year that N has truly appreciated a good pile of leaves.

Yep he loves to throw leaves...at daddy.

Oh, he is sooo cute when he is trying to do big jobs.

Love N's flannel pants and his willingness to try and sleep on the top of the couch.

Rain coats and rain boots are soon to be a necessary no matter if they are on right or not.  P.S. N insisted his coat be on backwards.

Thrift Store Research

Maybe it is just me, but I really like to make sure I know what looks I like before I go to the Thrift Store.  It helps me keep my wardrobe from overflowing with things I don't wear and it gets me excited when I find a pair of light brown leather boots for $5.  Right, now I'm in need of a few essentials to help keep me warm during the fall and winter and to make my current wardrobe more....current.  Here are some pictures from pinterest (I LOVE THAT SITE!!!).  Tell me what you think.
